Soccer Shots Policies

CREDITS and REFUNDS:

Attendance - Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled or make-up class. We will not be offering make-up classes for non-attendance of a scheduled class.

Withdrawal

• If you withdraw your child prior to one week of the start of a season, Soccer Shots will provide you with a refund less a $5 processing fee. The $35 annual enrollment fee is non-refundable.
• If you withdraw your child less than one week prior to the season starting, Soccer Shots will provide a credit back to your account for a future season with Soccer Shots North Shore, Merrimack Valley and NH. The $35 annual enrollment fee is non-refundable.
• No refunds or credits will be issued after the first class of the season.

• NOTE: There is no refund of the $35 annual enrollment fee that is charged once per year. When the annual enrollment fee is charged, your child will receive an orange Soccer Shots jersey mailed directly to them.

MAKE-UP SESSIONS:

• We will make up a maximum of two classes due to inclement weather (extreme cold, heat, or rain) for seasons that are 8+ weeks. Any seasons shorter than 8-weeks, we will make-up a maximum of one class.
• Make up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled classes depending on facility and coach availability.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Cancellations will be communicated via email and text to the primary number on the child's account.
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made.

Enrollment Fee

A non-refundable $35 enrollment fee will be charged if it is your first time enrolling for Soccer Shots (and will be charged once per year after that). Youth jerseys are mailed out at the same time you pay your enrollment fee, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year. The enrollment fee is only paid once per year.

If you have not been prompted to pay your enrollment fee, you also will not be receiving a jersey for this season. If you need a new jersey, please Click Here to order one

The enrollment fee allows us to cover administrative costs such as facility fees, season certificates and prizes, coach background checks and software development that will enhance your Soccer Shots experience.

Soccer Shots Jerseys

If you enroll your child in Soccer Shots to participate in anywhere from one to multiple seasons of Soccer Shots throughout a year, your child will receive a youth jersey.

Youth jerseys are mailed once a year when paying the enrollment fee, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year. The enrollment fee is only paid once per year.

Jerseys are distributed via mail and addressed to the child. You will receive tracking information once the jersey has shipped to your address. Please understand that if you enroll within two weeks of the season start date, your child is not guaranteed to receive their jersey before the first session. Should you have any questions about your child’s youth jersey shipment, or if you would like to exchange sizes, please contact shipping@soccershots.com. Please note, some Soccer Shots programs do not include jerseys, such as birthday parties, demos, free play days, and school-paid sessions.
